Our team was formed during 2019 and joined the Somerset League in October of the same year with a squad of sixteen.

Our philosophy is one of respect and fair play and we aim to support our player’s development in footballing skills and their understanding of the game both individually and as a team. By working and learning together we look to build confidence and ability with a hard-working, inclusive ethic and to develop every player regardless of where they are on their journey and ensuring everyone shares fully in enjoying game time.

We have a flexible approach where players get to try different positions as they grow into those best suited over time.

This team has already shown great resilience, team spirit, and goal celebrations, and is improving all the time. The girls are caring and supportive of each other and put in lots of effort right up to the final whistle. We celebrate what goes well and encourage players to come up with how they can do things better and we are grateful to the parents who commit endless support and welcome their positive encouragement of the team too!

We look forward to supporting our player’s long-term development as players and as individuals, whilst providing a safe and friendly environment for them to flourish in.

We learn best when we are enjoying our activities and ultimately the game of football is all about having fun with a winning mentality – so that’s the way we like to play!
